These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the participation in Genesis Pro Painting Referral Program (“Program”) and govern the relationship between Genesis Pro Painting and participants in the Program.
Participation in the Program is open to all customers of Genesis Pro Painting who are of legal age in their respective jurisdictions.
2. Referrers are individuals who refer new customers to Genesis Pro Painting.
Referrers must use the designated referral method provided by Genesis Pro Painting to refer new customers.
Referrers must not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity when referring new customers.
6. Referees are individuals who have been referred to Genesis Pro Painting by a Referrer.
Referees must be new customers who have not previously made a purchase or registered with Genesis Pro Painting.
Referees must fulfill the specified requirements, such as making a qualifying purchase, to qualify for the referral rewards.
9. Referral rewards are subject to change at the discretion of Genesis Pro Painting.
The current referral reward details will be provided by Genesis Pro Painting at the time of referral.
10. Referral rewards may be subject to certain conditions, including a minimum purchase threshold, and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Referral rewards will be processed after the referee fulfills all requirements and when a Phillips representative gives you a time.
12. Genesis Pro Painting reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice.
13. Participants must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam laws, when participating in the Program.
14. The collection and use of personal information for the Program are governed by Genesis Pro Painting privacy policy.
15. Participants agree to indemnify and hold Genesis Pro Painting harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their participation in the Program.
16. These Terms are governed by the laws of New York without regard to its conflict of law principles.
